Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off or Collection
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our designated courier service.
