What is the standard delivery time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
How can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return any unworn item in its original packaging using the prepaid return label included in your parcel for a full refund.
Are Napapijri products sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. Many of our iconic items, like the Circular Series, are 100% recyclable and made from regenerated materials such as Econyl® yarn.

How do I find the right size for a Rainforest Jacket?
Our jackets generally have a regular fit. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on the product page, which provides measurements for chest, waist, and sleeve length.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, but you can return it once received.
